Shipping depends on the carrier, but we usually ship orders in 2 business days and they generally arrive within 7 days. We ship from Florida. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is shipped.
All DVD's are original studio Region 1, and Blu-Ray are Region A, intended for use in the US and Canada only.
Yes! We often send coupons to our customers for certain amounts off a future order. Make sure to keep check on your email!
Absolutely, all pre-viewed videos (and new ones too) are guaranteed 100%. If your disc will not play, just return it within 30 days of the delivery date and we will give a store credit or full refund including your original shipping.
Please be aware that pre-viewed or used DVD and Blu-ray may not have the digital copy/UV download code included.
"New" sealed movies may contain digital copies, please see the description.
However, regardless of the packaging, you should assume that all used DVD's and used Blu-ray do not contain digital copies since these usually can only be redeemed once. Many also have expiration dates that may have passed.
If you live in the state of Florida where we operate, we are required to pay state sales tax. Sorry, but it's just the law.
You can return any movie purchased to us within 30 days under these conditions:
New movies must be returned new unless the disc was defective. This is very rare because less than 1 in 100,000 discs are defective from the manufacturer.
Movies damaged in transit will be refunded in full upon return.
Used movies are 100% guaranteed for 30 days. We allow one return per purchase only, so if you purchase a movie and return it, you can only exchange or receive a refund once on that transaction. You will not be able to return the replacement, or get another refund/credit.

Yes, your payment is completely secured through our hosting company and payment processor Stripe.
